Shipping policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

We work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, such as sales, product launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Stock Availability

Our stock levels update regularly, but popular items can sell out quickly. In rare cases, an item shown as "in stock" may no longer be available by the time your order is processed. If this happens, we will refund you for the unavailable item.

If you'd prefer a replacement instead, just contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to find a solution with you.

Want an item that's out of stock? Sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page, and we'll let you know as soon as it's available again, so you can order it right away.

3. Delivery Rates

Current delivery rates are shown at checkout and in the FAQ section of our Customer Support page.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Once your parcel has been dispatched, the carrier will provide an estimated delivery date. Please note that these estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Methods & Delivery Attempts

  • We deliver through third-party carriers, who may require a signature on delivery.
  • If you're not home, the carrier may leave a note with collection instructions.
  • If your order is not collected within 14 days of the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to cancel it and charge any related costs, such as return or storage fees.

6. Shipping Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can't guarantee delivery to an incorrect address and can't accept responsibility in that case.
  • We recommend a daytime address where your parcel can be received, or a pick-up point if you're not available during business hours.

7. While Your Parcel Is on the Way

  • For questions about a parcel in transit, the carrier is usually the fastest point of contact. You can also reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
  • Delays may occur due to events outside our control (see clause [2.10] of our Terms & Conditions).

8. Delivery Areas

We ship to the countries listed at checkout and in the FAQ section of our Customer Support page.

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on the destination. Please check this before ordering.
  • Delivery is complete once your order arrives at the address you provided. Responsibility for the goods passes to you at that point.

9. Late Delivery

You may cancel your order immediately if:

  • we refuse to deliver your products, or
  • timely delivery was essential and this was agreed with us before you placed your order.

Otherwise, you may give us a new reasonable deadline. If we still don't deliver within that time, you can cancel your order.

The right to cancel due to late delivery does not apply if the delay is caused by the carrier.

10. International Deliveries

We ship to mainland EU countries and selected islands (see the list at checkout and on our Customer Support page).

  • Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. We aim to include applicable fees in our prices, but any remaining duties, taxes or fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws of your destination country. We are not liable if customs authorities confiscate an order.
